HRD Supervisor
Responsibilities :
Handling HR duties such as recruitments and industrial relations, camp service, evaluation contract, payroll system and administration. Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation, Jamsostek.
Requirements :
1). Min. S1 Majoring Pschology, Law, Management from reputable University
2). 30-35 years old and will be placed at our mining site
3). Having at least 3 years exp. Handling personnel & Administration Site.
4). Good communication skills in indonesia and English
5) Good Interpersonal and Organization skills
6). Highly self motivated, Strong Leadership, Analytical skill, Diciple and team work.
7) Placement in South Halmahera
